4. Services & Fees
We offer digital marketing and AI-powered profile-optimization services, including but not limited to:
One-time profile audits & optimizations Ongoing local-search management subscriptions AI-driven review-response tools Custom consultation and implementation
Pricing Tiers:
One-time setups & fees: starting at $497, Monthly subscriptions: $599, $999, $2,499, $3,499, are custom packages
Exact deliverables and pricing for each package will be confirmed in writing (proposal, invoice, or service agreement) prior to commencement.
5. Payment Terms
Methods: Stripe (default), and most U.S.-based payment methods (credit card, ACH, PayPal, etc.).
Due Date: All fees are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified for a monthly subscription.
Late Payments: Past due amounts accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower) and may be subject to collection costs.
6. Refunds & Credits
Refunds are granted only at our sole discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may, in lieu of a refund, offer service credits toward future invoices.
7. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated materials, reports, templates, and deliverables remain our property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership and all intellectual-property rights in the deliverables transfer to you. We reserve the right to use anonymized project data and aggregate results for marketing and portfolio purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will AI Depot, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the total fees actually paid by you to us for the Services giving rise to the claim, less any out-of-pocket expenses we incurred.
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Negotiation: Parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation.Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings in Florida. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
10. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect. Force Majeure: Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of government, technical failures).
Privacy Policy: By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, available at aidepot.info/privacy
Entire Agreement: These Terms, any service agreements, and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Depot regarding the Services.
